Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation without penalty if notice is received by 5 pm on Friday, in the week prior to the club breakfast.

For example:

Event date: Wednesday, October 11, Deadline: 5 pm, Friday, October 6
Event date: Wednesday, November 8, Deadline: 5 pm, Friday, November 3
Event date: Wednesday, December 13, Deadline: 5 pm, Friday, December 8

Notice of cancellation must be received via the RSVP hotline at (415) 614-5579, or via email at norrisj@sfarchdiocese.org.

If you have registered and paid for a breakfast, but are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation without penalty to the next month's breakfast as long as we receive notice prior to the deadline as indicated above.

If you fail to show up for a breakfast for which you have already paid, or if you cancel your reservation after the deadline indicated above, you will be charged.
